North America.

US customers: a 35% tariff will be added at check-out.

Canadian customers: please contact us at handbellelevations@gmail.com to pay by eTransfer for tariff-free pricing.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy is designed to prioritize your satisfaction. Simply ship up back your order within 30 days for a full refund of the original purchase price.

We will replace any broken or cracked items in the first 6 months after purchase. Email us a photo of the breakage.
